Experience the beauty of the Montlouis sur Loire vineyards and the enchanting Castle Road by renting our charming small house at the foot of the hills.

The ground floor features a spacious 30 m² living room and a convenient toilet. Upstairs, you will find a cozy master bedroom measuring 11 m², a duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine, and a bathroom with a toilet.

The main room is equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and TV. Enjoy dining outside on our lovely terrace, complete with garden furniture.

We can provide a cot and high chair upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for families with little ones.

Our location is ideal, just 15 km away from popular attractions such as Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to the Loire River bike path, only 100 m from the house. A cooperative cellar and a gourmet restaurant are conveniently located just 150 m away. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets can be found within a 5 km radius. Mini-Chateaux and the Touraine Aquarium are only a short 10-minute drive away, while Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are within a one-hour reach.

The house is easily accessible via the A10 motorway and the TGV station, both located just 9 km away.

Optional services include bed linen rental for 10 € (for regular beds) and 6 € (for single beds), and towel rental for 5 € per person (including a bath towel, towel, and washcloth). We also offer an end-of-stay cleaning package for 40 €.

For those looking for a weekend getaway, we offer rental options for 100 € for 2 days and 150 € for 3 days.

Payment terms require a 30% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival. A tax surcharge of 0.50 € per person per day applies.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the premises.

Directions

To reach your destination, you have two options. You can take the A10 highway or board a train. If you choose to drive, exit at either A10 or A85 and continue for approximately 10 minutes until you reach your destination. Alternatively, you can take a train and disembark at the nearest station, which is also about a 10-minute journey away.
