This newly built villa is located just 3 or 4 km away from the sea and only 1 km from the charming medieval village of BIOT in the beautiful Côte d'Azur. BIOT is famous for its glassware and Marineland, and it is conveniently situated between Antibes, Monaco/Nice, and Cannes.

The villa itself is a traditional Provençal style house, offering a spacious living area of 160 sqm on two levels. Surrounded by a lovely garden filled with ancient olive trees and colorful flowers, spanning across 1500 sqm, this villa provides a peaceful retreat. Although there is no swimming pool, it offers a serene view of the nearby hills.

Upstairs, you will find two well-maintained bedrooms and a bathroom, each featuring a separate entrance for added privacy. Additionally, there is a small fridge available, as well as an attic with a library and access to WIFI. The bathroom comes fully equipped with housekeeping services, linen, and towels.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the terrace, garden, and barbecue facilities during appropriate hours. A delightful homemade breakfast is included, featuring a variety of delicious items such as jam, yogurt, fruit, coffee, milk, and tea.
