Description for B&B:

We offer four large guest houses that can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. These houses are located in a long building with separate entrances, allowing for privacy. Each guest house has its own private terrace facing south, and there is also a small garden for guests to enjoy. In addition, we provide WIFI and TV for entertainment. All of our rooms are located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. The interior design of our guest houses is sophisticated and contemporary, inspired by the theme of travel.

Description for Gite

We offer three spacious and comfortable holiday cottages, each with their own capacity: one for 2 persons, another for 3/4 persons, and the largest for 8 persons. All of our cottages have been certified 3 stars by Holiday cottages "Gîtes de France". Additionally, we provide free WIFI, TV, private parking, and a playground for our guests to enjoy. Our cottages are equipped with modern and very comfortable amenities. You have the option to rent them on a weekly basis or for a minimum of 2 nights, excluding school periods.

The place is really nice, very very clean, fully and intelligent equipped, confortable. the ownership is nice, helpful and discrete. The breakfast is mervellous. We (2 adults 2 kids) still talk about it. Bravo!!!!!

Directions

Directions from Quimper Nantes (N 265):
- After crossing the Iroise bridge, follow the signs for "Morlaix".
- At the fourth traffic circle, located at the top of the coast, take the road towards "Gouesnou".
- Pass under the freeway bridge and then take the second left towards "Roscarven". Be careful not to take the first road signposted for Brest.
- After driving for about 1km, you will arrive at the farm building. The parking lot is indicated to the North.

Directions from Morlaix / Rennes (N 12):
- About 10km before reaching Brest, you will see the exit for "Airport Guipavas / Gouesnou". Do not take this exit. Continue on the freeway and take the exit indicated for "Gouesnou / Lannilis".
- Once you reach a small traffic circle called "Traffic circle of Kerloîs", turn right. There will be signs indicating the chambres d'hôtes (bed and breakfast).
- After driving for about 100m, turn right towards the "Relay of Roscarven".
- The Relay of Roscarven is located 600m further on the left. The parking of the farm is indicated to the North.
