Moving up to the first floor, there is a versatile space that can be used as a game area or office. Adjacent to this space is a large bedroom with two twin beds measuring 80 cm each.

The garden, spanning 3600m², is enclosed by walls and is filled with a variety of vegetation including mimosas, agapanthus, palms, bamboo, camellias, and of course, hydrangeas. The garden has become a home for various bird species.

The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and other small kitchen appliances. You can enjoy outdoor dining with the provided garden furniture and barbecue. Electric heating ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.
