Located on a farm just 3 km away from Decize, our property offers a range of amenities including a pool, tennis court, ball games area, and a bicycle route. We have three cozy cottages, each accommodating up to 6 people. The ground floor of each cottage features two bedrooms equipped with a TV, one with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90), and a shared bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90), along with a private bathroom.In the surrounding area, you can explore various attractions such as Nevers, which is 30 km away and offers exciting activities like Magny road racing courses, the St Bernadette shrine, pottery, and the cathedral. The Mill/Allier, located 50 km away, features a Costume Museum, Cathedral Triptych, and the Jacquemard Tour. Additionally, the Morvan Middle Channel is just 4 km away, and the lateral to the Loire is only 800 m away.

Car pour nous ravir il y a
Au détour de la grande allée
Auprès dun massif dazalées
Une débauche dhortensias.
La petite chatte Fauvette,
Ange protecteur de céans,
Nous accueille en effectuant
De facétieuses pirouettes.
Âtre profond, meubles luisants
Ornent la coquette demeure
Qui au petit déjeuner fleure
Le café frais et les croissants.
Derrière les fenêtres closes
Une glycine et un grand pin
Nous invitent dans le jardin
Quembaume le parfum des roses.
Et, cerise sur le gâteau,
La cordialité dHélène
Qui nous reçoit en son domaine

une agréable rencontre sur notre tour de Bourgogne à vélo. Hèlène est une personne charmante, sachant recevoir, elle fait chambre d'hôte pour le partage, et non pour l'intéressement. Vraiment très sympathique, toujours à l'écoute, toujours peur de ne pas offrir assez. Accueil formidable.

Une bien jolie rencontre
Notre périple sur le canal s'est terminé chez Mme Cacquevel, une personne charmante et pleine d'attentions (tisane le soir au coin de la cheminée, petits cakes faits maison au petit déjeuner...) qui nous a reçus dans sa très belle maison,entourée d'un superbe jardin, verdoyant et reposant.

Great place to stay in, charming host
We really liked our stay with Helene Cacquevel. She is a charming and helpful host. The room was exactly as described and there is a lovely garden (we had breakfast in the garden).
We had a really nice chat at breakfast and we even postponed our departure, because we really liked talking to Helene about France, theatre and more.

To reach the Domaine du Troncin, follow these travel directions: Depart from Decize in the direction of Moulins. As you proceed past the hospital and cross the canal, continue on the D116 road that leads to Feuillat. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will find the Domaine du Troncin on your right-hand side. Access to the domain is granted through a beautiful avenue adorned with acacias.
