The living room is furnished with two non-convertible chesterfield sofas, a low table, a television, and a lamp.

The ground floor bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two clothing racks, and an additional single bed. The upstairs bedroom boasts a double bed, a bedside table, a lamp, and a cupboard.

Outdoor amenities include a terrace adjacent to the house, a table tennis table, an electric barbecue, two loungers, and a table with chairs for outdoor dining. Additionally, there is a terrace along the Evre River equipped with electricity and lighting, a wooden fire barbecue, and a small boat.
