This description is for a beautiful suite with a separate entrance, attached to the owner's side. On the ground floor, there is a 1 bedroom suite with a comfortable 160 bed in the open bathroom area. There is also a separate toilet and a small kitchenette. The suite includes a cozy lounge area and a terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the sun. The suite has a lovely wood floor and a spacious bedroom with a 180 bed (or 2 beds of 90x200). It also features another kitchenette and a living room with a sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping option. The suite is designed with a charming and relaxing spirit.Description for Gite
Experience a serene and tranquil ambiance in close proximity to the stunning Dordogne River, just 500m away. Our location offers an array of water-based activities including a waterslide, supervised swimming area, and canoeing adventures. Guests can also enjoy additional amenities such as mini golf, a jogging track, playground, and petanque court.Our rental accommodation features three bedrooms, complete with comfortable beds (including two beds measuring 190cm and 140cm, and two beds measuring 90cm x 200cm) and a baby cot. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience. The living room seamlessly connects to a well-equipped kitchen, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable gathering space.
The bathroom boasts a refreshing shower and a double basin, while a separate toilet offers extra convenience. Step outside onto the 20m² terrace, equipped with a barbecue, parasol, and sun recliner, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the outdoors.
As part of our communal facilities, guests have access to a 6x12m swimming pool, shared with two other cottages and two guest rooms. Additional amenities include a solar shower, table tennis, a children's swing, and a petanque court, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy during their stay.

Très agreable
Nous avons seulement passé une nuit faute de temps dans ce magnifique domaine alliant simplicité et confort.
L'accueil et les prestations sont à la hauteur, la description est tout à fait conforme à à la réalité, une adresse à retenir avec un excellent rapport qualité prix!

La chambre d'hôte est en fait composée d'une grande chambre et d'un salon cuisine très confortables et très propres , très fonctionnels ,décorés avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement.
Le cadre et le jardin sont enchanteurs et les hôtes accueillants et discrets.
C'est un plaisir de séjourner chez eux et de se reposer près de la piscine ou de manger dehors sous le vieux platane .
On n'a qu'une envie :c'est d'y revenir!!.

Directions
From Bretenoux, head towards Brive at the roundabout. Drive for 3 km and then follow the signs for Puybrun. Take a left towards the leisure area in Tauriac. Once in Tauriac village, you will see the church on your left. Keep going straight, passing the leisure parking lot, and cross the bridge at the intersection. Take a left, and just before the sign that says "no end," take the gravel road on the right. Keep going until you reach the park and pool. The entrance is located under the plane tree on the left side.
