The spacious house (120 m²) is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac beside a former farm that is no longer operational. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (with the option of additional beds for a total of 9 guests).On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room (35m²) equipped with a TV, stereo, and telephone, including telesejour service. The well-appointed kitchen includes modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, gas hob with hood, and freezer. Additionally, there is a convenient laundry area with a washing machine. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms, a hallway, and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Behind the house, there is ample parking space for up to three cars. At the front of the house, you can enjoy a sunny terrace and garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and uninterrupted views of the beautiful countryside.
