Located just ten minutes from downtown La Rochelle and Ile de Re, this peaceful guest room offers a spacious and comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet area with a large enclosed garden, the room features a generous 35 m² space with an independent large bay window overlooking the garden and terrace. Inside, guests will find an office corner, a double bed (1.60 m x 2m), and the option for two additional beds (90 cm x 2m). The room also includes two leather armchairs, a wardrobe, and a corner-style multimedia area equipped with a TV, satellite, DVD player, USB, and WiFi. The attached bathroom and toilet provide convenience and privacy. Additionally, the guest room has its own entrance and private parking.

Numerous seaside walks and beaches, as well as tennis and an 18-hole golf course, can be found just a few kilometers away. All necessary shops and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. The airport and train station are both just a ten-minute drive away.

The guest room can accommodate up to four people, with rates ranging from €50 to €90 per night. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights.

Please be aware that the guest room is closed from November 1st to February 28th each year.

Rates include a night's stay and breakfast. In the low season (September 1st to June 30th), rates are €55 for one person, €58 for two people, €75 for three people, and €90 for four people. In the high season (July 1st to August 31st), rates are €60 for one person, €63 for two people, €78 for three people, and €90 for four people.

Please note that the local holiday tax is not included in the rates.

Toujours aussi agreable pour notre 3e séjour dans cette chambre d'hotes avec un super accueil.nous venons de passer 5 nuits avec notre petit fils et avons profité des bons petits déjeuners de mme mieze ainsi que de la terrasse bien agréable le soir

Séjour agréable !
Madame Mieze est une personne à l'écoute et discrète.
La chambre est attenante à la maison, spacieuse et fonctionnelle.
Petit déjeuner maison très bon.

Excellente adresse pour une famille de 4 avec une chambre réellement spacieuse et confortable. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'espace extérieur pour prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse, c'est notre seul regret. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
