Price of Beach Homes:
Our rates are designed for families of 3 or more individuals. Every year, families with at least one child, honeymooners, and world travelers benefit from discounted rates during the off-season. We provide cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bikes with child seats.

For 1 to 2 people:
- Low season rates: From January to March, and from November to December 15, the inclusive stay has our best rate of 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night for 1 to 2 people (equivalent to 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 10,800 XPF).
- High season rates: From April to October, the inclusive stay has a rate of 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 people (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 12,800 XPF).
- Stays of 1 to 2 days throughout the year are charged at the full rate of 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 people (equivalent to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the package of 12,800 XPF).

For 3 to 4 people and more:
- Mid-season rates: From January to March, and from November to December 15, the inclusive stay has our best rate of 14,800 XPF (124.02 €) per night for 3 to 4 people (equivalent to 3,700 XPF or 31.01 € per person, based on 4 people).

This family-friendly accommodation is perfect for medium to long stays and offers the following amenities:

- We can stock your fridge before your arrival.
- Enjoy a variety of sea and land activities, including the opportunity to discover the island and swim with manta rays (April to August). Activity rates start at 3,000 XPF (€25.14) per person for a minimum of 4 hours on Wednesdays.
- The dive center will provide complimentary transportation to the residence.
- Explore the island with our specially designed 4X4 vehicle and a knowledgeable Polynesian guide.
- Take a tour of the island with Albert, a local storyteller, and visit ten fascinating sites.

For a relaxing holiday, we offer a convenient meal delivery service directly to your house's terrace, allowing you to enjoy the stunning beach and lagoon views during a beautiful sunset. We also provide flexible boarding options tailored to your preferences, so you can have a truly customized experience without being tied to a specific meal plan. Our flexible approach allows you to take advantage of various services, manage your budget effectively, and enjoy your holiday without any constraints.

Additionally, we have partnered with a popular catering service nearby known for its hospitality, environment, and quality. Meals and breakfast can be delivered free of charge to your beachfront terrace.

Your bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor dining terrace, and a shaded barbecue area. We offer a fridge stocking service based on your list, with the cost of groceries and a service fee of 800 XPF (€6.7).

Near the residence, you will find the "Mimi" snack bar on Tereia Beach, which serves good, hearty, and affordable food (although the menu is limited and patience may be required). In the village, there is a small bakery and a restaurant with prices ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (€10 to €15) per person. There is also a delivery service available for 800 XPF (€6.7). The pizzeria, located 3.5 to 4 km away (or 2 km via a more adventurous route with a unique viewpoint), charges 200 XPF (€1.68) per order.

Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, you can explore other beautiful locations for lunch or dinner, particularly on the nearby islets. Availability is subject to reservation 48 to 72 hours in advance.

A limited menu is available for weekends, featuring a selection of dishes for Saturday and Sunday evenings (see attached).

There is a small store named "KOKI" (run by Mark and Melissa) open daily from 7 am to 8 pm, including Sundays. You can stop there during your transfer.

As the residence is located on the island, you will have the freedom to explore nearby areas on foot.

Lai, the manager, will be available throughout your stay to provide information, advice, and assist with any issues you may encounter.

Directions

To travel from Papeete, Tahiti to Maupiti Island, you will need to take a flight. Upon landing on the island, you can avail of the transfer package from the Village Dock Residence to Maupiti. This package costs 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person. Children aged 2 to 12 years old can avail of the package at half price, while babies can avail of it for free. The payment for the transfer package will be made upon departure. If you arrive at the airport, you will be on a motu (islet). From there, you can take the shuttle boat to the village settlement. The cost for the shuttle boat is 500 XPF (€ 4.19) per adult and 300 XPF (€ 2.51) per child. Upon arrival at Maupiti Residence, Lai, the manager, will greet you in the traditional Polynesian way with a flower wreath.
