We have a beautiful Provencal style villa available for rent, perfect for a group of 8-12 people (ideal for 8 people). If needed, it is possible to accommodate up to 14 people with the optional use of the dungeon valleys. The villa boasts 4 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and sits on a spacious 5000m² plot of land. Guests can enjoy amenities such as Wifi and internet access during their stay.

Located in the peaceful countryside of Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, Fayence is an excellent starting point for various hikes and walks. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near both the Verdon Gorges and the coast, offering easy access to the sea and the mountains.

The villa is nestled in a quiet residential area, providing a serene and natural environment. With a southern exposure, the villa is bright and airy. The lounge area is 40m² and features tiled floors, a flat screen TV, DVD player, and two sofa beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (indoor and outdoor), and 2 toilets. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped, with a fenced-in plot of 5000m², trees, a bowling area, a gym, and a sun terrace of 100m² overlooking the pool. The pool itself is 10mx5m and has a depth ranging from 0.50m to 2m. It is easily accessible via stairs and provides 8 sunbeds for relaxation. Additionally, there is a barbecue area for outdoor cooking.

For convenience, pets are allowed and linen is available as an optional extra. The property has parking spaces for up to 8 vehicles, ensuring ample room for guests. There are no direct neighbors, guaranteeing privacy and peace. The land is not occupied by the owner.
