Situated near Chinon, in close proximity to renowned castles like Ussé, Azay le Rideau, Villandry, and cultural sites including the Abbey of Fontevraud, our charming house is perfectly positioned along the Loire bike route. Boasting 4 bedrooms, the Magnanerie offers a tranquil retreat amidst its picturesque setting of a 19th-century facade crafted from Tuffeau stone and a slate roof, surrounded by a sprawling 3000 m² garden.
Upstairs, our two spacious bedrooms, "Chrysalide" and "Nymphe," each measuring 30 m², along with our 37 m² room "Fil de soi" (available for a minimum stay of 2 nights), provide a romantic ambiance, luxurious bedding (180cm), and an ensuite bathroom with private facilities.
On the ground floor, the 20 m² "Cocoon" bedroom grants direct access to the garden and showcases a delightful "country chic" style, complete with modern amenities such as a shower and private toilet.
During weekends, from Friday evening to Monday evening, guests can delight in the region's gastronomic treasures by reserving a table d'hôtes experience showcasing the richness of local cuisine, with a 48-hour advance notice.

Our spacious guest rooms, ranging from 20 to 30 m2, including a private bathroom and WC, provide ample space for relaxation. Immerse yourself in the romantic ambiance of Chrysalide, Nymphe, and Fil de soie, each adorned with pastel tones and named in homage to the silk-producing heritage of the house. For a more rustic feel inspired by the picturesque countryside, Cocon awaits you on the ground floor, boasting a self-contained space with its own entry. Cozy up in the queen-size 160x200 double bed. Chrysalide offers a king-size (180x200) double bed, while Fil de soie and Nymphe can be configured as a large (180) double or two (90) singles. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a comfortable lounge area.
