Welcome to our charming apartment located on the 4th floor of a historic building on Rue Saint Denis. With a spacious area of 60m² (650 sq. ft.), this one-bedroom apartment combines contemporary design with the elegance of high ceilings. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, it offers all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. We provide fresh sheets and towels for your convenience.

The dining room features custom-built bookshelves, a sleek glass dining table, and six chairs, creating the perfect setting for enjoying meals. In the cozy living room, you will find two sofas, one of which can be easily transformed into a real double bed. Additionally, there is a desk and chair, coffee table, TV/DVD, and wireless internet access.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a sink, ceramic hob, oven, separate fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, as well as dinnerware and basic ingredients. The bathroom offers both a bath and shower, a sink with shelves for storage, a hairdryer, and fresh towels.

The bedroom features a large double bed and a wardrobe to keep your belongings organized. The second bed is located in the living room, providing extra sleeping space if needed. The toilet is conveniently separate from the bathroom.
