Weekly rental: $310, all inclusive.
Weekend rental: $180, all inclusive for 3 nights. (Sample selection: M, J, V, S or D, V, S, D or V, S, D, L)
Extra night: $40.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required upon receipt of the contract.
Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
The property can be rented for a month or longer, with a maximum duration of 3 months.
An invoice will be provided and must be paid earlier in the month.
The monthly contract renews automatically unless a one-month notice is given.
Deposit: $400 per month (collected on the day of inventory).

Description for Gite

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room also features comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, a dresser, and a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a small area with a toilet and a sink, as well as storage space.

Moving upstairs, you will discover a charming mezzanine area and a bedroom furnished with a comfortable 140-sized bed and a dressing area. The bathroom on this floor offers a shower, a basin, and a toilet, along with a convenient washing machine.
