Originally constructed in 1680, this farmhouse offers a unique and exceptional catered chalet experience. La Ferme du Chateau seamlessly combines traditional charm with modern comforts. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque old farming village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, the chalet provides convenient access to a wide range of activities, as well as local bars, shops, and restaurants.

Our accommodation boasts a 5-star quality experience at an affordable price. La Ferme du Chateau features six ensuite bedrooms, each offering the option of twin or king-size double beds. Most rooms can accommodate additional beds without compromising on comfort, allowing for a maximum capacity of 18 guests. Every bedroom is tastefully furnished with luxurious amenities, including 5-star hotel beds, Egyptian cotton linens, deluxe toiletries, cozy bathrobes, hairdryers, and iPod docking stations. The rooms also offer access to a south-facing balcony, with one bedroom having its own private balcony. Additionally, a sunken hot tub on the lower balcony provides the perfect indulgence after a day of activities.

Our living and dining area is exceptionally spacious and features a central wood-clad open fire. With six large sofas, a TV area on the minstrel gallery, a cozy reading snug, a dining area, and a separate south-facing balcony, this space offers ample room to unwind and enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif.

At La Ferme du Chateau, we pride ourselves on providing excellent food and wine. In the winter, we offer a cooked English breakfast and afternoon tea daily, along with a 4-course evening meal paired with wine on six nights. We also provide an opportunity for guests to explore local restaurants on one evening. Additionally, we offer an early children's supper option.

As an owner-run chalet, we are dedicated to ensuring you have the holiday you desire. From the moment you arrive at Geneva, we take care of all your needs, including arranging ski hire, providing ski passes and refreshments upon arrival at the chalet, daily pick-up and drop-off from the slopes, transportation to après-ski bars, organizing trips to the thermal center, and arranging lessons. Our goal is to make your holiday stress-free and enjoyable.

La Ferme du Chateau offers flexibility in terms of accommodation options. During the winter, the farmhouse is available on a catered basis for holidays and breaks lasting three or more days. In the summer, we offer self-catered, bed and breakfast, and half-board options, which include breakfast, afternoon tea, and a three-course evening meal with wine.
