The living room boasts a fireplace with firewood and beams, and it opens onto a large terrace through a double glazed glass door. The terrace is enclosed with a glass wall for child safety, and garden furniture is arranged around the barbecue.
The corridor leads to the bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a picture window with double glazing and opens onto a southeast-facing pergola. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, an electric towel dryer, a shower-bath, and storage drawers. There is also a tiled worktop between the towel rail and the bath, which serves as a baby changing station.
The villa is heated with electric heating. The third bedroom, facing west, has two single beds. Additionally, there is a sofa bed for two people in the living room.
On the ground floor, there is a pool secured by wrought iron gates, surrounded by a large terrace that provides natural shelter from the winds and offers privacy. The pool area is inaccessible to young children.
The property includes a garage for one car and private parking space for three cars. Please note that the owner occupies a separate studio on the garden level, which is not part of the rental.
