The Gite dAliénor is a beautifully renovated farmhouse from the 19th century. It offers a total of 4 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds (160 x 200) and one family bedroom called the room of Aliénor d'Aquitaine. The family room features a Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a double sofa bed (140 x 190). All the bedding is brand new and of excellent quality.

The gîte boasts a spacious kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace with views of the park. The accommodation itself spans over 183 m2, while the park extends over 31,000 m2. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool (12 mx 6 m) situated on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Chalosse. The pool is heated from April to October and has a pool house with shower, washbasin, and toilets. The pool area also offers plenty of aquatic games for children.

The cottage is equipped with modern amenities, including Wifi Adsl 2, Canalsat, DVD player, Blue Ray, DVD library, board games, and games for children. Additionally, all appliances in the cottage, such as the washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and TV, are new.

The property also features an animal park that will delight the entire family.

Located just 1500 m from the Adour River, guests can enjoy numerous walks in the surrounding woods. The town of Tartas, known for its equestrian activities, is only a 10-minute drive away. Tartas is a charming medieval town with a river that can be explored by canoe. It also offers various supermarkets for convenient shopping. The sub-prefecture of the Landes, Dax, known for its thermal waters, is only a 15-minute drive away. The Basque Country, Béarn, Pyrénées, and the beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Argent (such as Hossegor) are all within a 30-minute drive, offering opportunities for surfing and other water activities.

The prices for the accommodation include end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, baby beds, high chairs, bicycle rental, fishing equipment rental, table football, ping-pong table, and water polo equipment. The property also welcomes dogs at no extra charge.
