This furnished ground floor villa (180m2) offers easy access for people with reduced mobility. It features 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and a cot. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms available. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet. A veranda with a sea view opens onto a spacious wooden deck, and there are two other shady terraces on either side of the villa. The property sits on a large garden of 1300m2 with beautiful fruit trees.Vincendo beach can be reached within a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the villa. This great beach boasts several small coves with black sand. Please note that the beach is only available from November until the end of the austral summer, and swimming is allowed but not supervised.
The villa is also conveniently located near Rivière Langevin and lava flows.
Pricing details are as follows:
- Outside of school holidays: 490 euros per week
- During school holidays: 560 euros per week
- Weekend option (arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday): 290 euros
Linen is provided, and cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee of 60 euros. If you would like to see more photos, please don't hesitate to ask.
