Description:

Description for B&B:

All three of the renovated bedrooms are beautifully designed and distinct.

Our favorite is the Francis room, named in honor of the victorious Marignan warrior who stayed at the Castle in 1533. It captures the essence of the Grand Century with its furniture and portraits of esteemed figures from the era of Louis XIV.

The Marie Antoinette room embodies the luxurious lifestyle celebrated by Talleyrand before the revolution. It features a hip bath and toilet that add a touch of sensuality and indulgence.

For lovers of the Second Empire, the Empire Room is the perfect choice. With its Eugenie-inspired furniture and calming gray walls, it provides a serene ambiance. The spacious Salon at the back of the castle is ideal for gatherings before or after meals, especially when accompanied by a delightful Aveyron plum by the hearth on a cool night.

The dining experience at Chateau Canac is exceptional, offering dishes that perfectly complement the overall atmosphere. The talented chefs at Busset express the flavors of the Aveyron region in their own unique way.

For an even more immersive culinary experience, guests can venture to Moulin de Cambelong in Conques, located thirty kilometers away. Here, they can savor the nature-inspired cuisine that reflects the essence of the Aveyron region. Gourmands can also enjoy packages that combine stays at Chateau Canac with meals at the Michelin-starred restaurant in Conques. Join us at our table, my lords and ladies!
