Welcome to our 3-star apartment in Cassis! This air-conditioned and spacious apartment is perfect for up to 4 people. With a size of 58 m2, it offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay. The best part? It's only 50 meters away from the beach!

Located just a short 10-minute walk from the city center and port, our apartment is conveniently situated. Each room features large windows that provide ample natural light and stunning views. Step out onto the 40 m2 balcony, equipped with electric blinds, and enjoy the beautiful sights of the sea and Cap Canaille. The balcony is also perfect for outdoor meals and sunbathing, with 2 sun loungers provided.

Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people. There are also 3 nesting tables, 4 chairs, a color TV, and a library for your entertainment. The large bedroom boasts a cozy 140cm bed for 2 people, complete with 2 bedside tables and lamps. Additionally, there's a dressing table with a chair, a wardrobe with 3 doors (one with a mirror), a wooden chair, and even a baby cot.

For your convenience, all windows and windows have electric shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with 6 kitchen items, a table with 4 chairs, a dishwasher, an 8-cutlery set, a fridge/freezer, a microwave with a grill, and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower with cabin windows, a sink with a cabinet consisting of 2 doors and 3 drawers, a mirror, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a garage for parking. Linen rental is available upon request. Please note that the minimum rental period is one week, with rates ranging from 550 to 900.
