This charming gite offers a maximum capacity for 5 people and 1 baby, with a spacious surface area of 75 m2. The accommodation features two generous bedrooms on the upper level, one of which is a connecting room. On the ground floor, you will find a tastefully furnished living room and a brand new open kitchen. Additionally, there is a modern bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate toilet.

The upstairs area boasts a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200), complete with a TV lounge and DVD player. The second bedroom offers three single beds (90x190), which can be arranged according to your preferences. A baby cot is available upon request.

The gite is equipped with essential amenities, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher/washing machine, and a ceramic hob. For your convenience, there is also a multifunctional food processor.

Outside, you can relax in the garden furniture provided within the enclosed garden. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the electric barbecue (plancha), and store your bicycles securely in the dedicated closed room with repair facilities. Private parking is available in the common courtyard, shared with the friendly owners.

Entertainment options are aplenty, with board games, table football, and a diverse library offering books for all ages, including regional and novels.

If you are traveling with a baby, we are happy to provide necessary equipment upon request, including a cot, high chair, and changing mat. Bed linen and towels are included in our rates, and the beds will be made prior to your arrival. We warmly welcome your furry friends, but please note that a contract is required for pet stays.
