Description for Gite

This gite offers a comfortable living space of 49 m2, consisting of a dining room/living room with a corner bench, table, chairs, armchair, TV, and wall console. The small kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, refrigerator, electric double hotplate, electric mini-stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, tableware, cutlery, and cooking utensils for four people.

The gite features a double room with a double bed (140 x 190), two bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe. There is also a twin bedded room with two single beds (90 x 190), a table with a chair, and a bookcase.

The bathroom includes a shower, WC, wardrobe, napkin holder, and a hairdryer. Additionally, the entrance area provides storage for hiking equipment, a cupboard, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes dryer with staples, and an iron with an ironing board.

The house rules specify that the gite is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am. The rental price includes electricity and water consumption.

A deposit of 50 euros is required for the final cleaning, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if the cleaning is properly done. An additional deposit of 150 euros in cash is also required upon arrival.

Bed linen, towels, and two tea towels are provided. Guests can enjoy free WIFI throughout their stay.

Please note that this is a non-smoking cottage, and pets are not allowed.
