On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (two singles and one double), a gaming room, and a bathroom. The second floor is a luxurious parental suite, consisting of a 30m2 bedroom, a shower room, and a lounge-office area with a sofa that can be used as a bed. This level can be rented separately depending on your requirements.
