Situated on a beautiful enclosed and landscaped property, this stunning villa offers ample parking for three vehicles. It boasts a private swimming pool measuring 4x10 meters, complete with a saltwater system. Additionally, there is a charming carbet (a small hut) with an outdoor shower. This fully furnished villa is capable of accommodating up to eight people comfortably.The villa features four bedrooms, with two located on the upper floor. Each of these bedrooms is equipped with its own shower room and separate toilet. From the upper floor, guests can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic sea view from a large open terrace. On the ground floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a shower room and toilet.
The main living area consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large covered terrace, all of which offer stunning views of the sea. In addition to the bedrooms, there is an extra living space with a double bed, another room with a queen-sized bed, and a separate shower room with a toilet. This area also provides a terrace with a beautiful sea view.

Travel Directions to Villa La Barque, Anse a la Barque, 97118 Saint Francois, Grande Terre, Guadeloupe:
1. Exit the airport and follow the signs towards Pointe a Pitre.
2. After approximately 4.5km, take the National 4 road towards Le Gosier, Sainte Anne, and Saint Francois.
3. Continue on the National 4 for about 35km, passing through Le Gosier, Dampierre, Petit Havre, and Sainte Anne.
4. Note: About 6km after Sainte-Anne, do not take the first direction signposted "Séo-Anse à la Barque" which is also indicated as "Pierres et vacances" on the national road. Instead, continue for another 2km.
5. 5km before reaching the village of Saint Francois, you will come across a place called "Blonval".
6. At the exit of "Blonval", just after the bus stop, leave the national road and turn right towards the direction of "Anse à la Barque".
7. Follow the signs for Hotel Amaudo. Look out for the first Hotel Amaudo sign which will guide you.
8. Continue for 1km, then after a turn, continue for another 100m and take the entrance on the right. You will notice that the small road is ascending.
9. Continue until you reach the end of the road. The villa, Villa La Barque, will be on your left.
