This delightful and recently renovated cottage is perfect for 1-4 guests and is situated in the picturesque port of Lyvet, close to Dinan and Saint-Malo. With a total area of 40 m2, the ground floor features an entrance and a well-equipped bathroom, while upstairs you will find a cozy living and sleeping area as well as a kitchen space with stunning views of the Rance river. We have put great care into decorating this cottage with warm and inviting touches, using only high-quality materials. It offers all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay on the banks of the Rance, and is conveniently located near restaurants and popular tourist attractions in the region. Additionally, there is a small terrace on the upper level. Please note that during high season, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Access to the cottage is via a shared road. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and bathroom (equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower). A charming mill staircase leads to the well-lit upper level, which boasts two bay windows facing east and west. Here, you will find the kitchen area, the terrace, and the combined living and sleeping area (featuring convertible sofas) with lovely views of the harbor.Reviews
