Located 20 minutes south of Gap, it is conveniently close to the renowned airfield GAP - TALLARD known for its air activities, as well as the famous Napoleon Road. The place provides quick access to the A 51 motorway and secure private parking.

The room itself is comfortable, bright, and comes with a private bathroom. It is equipped with a TV and a cozy living room area. Towels are provided, and the bedding is of high quality.

The surroundings are peaceful, sunny, and offer a clear and dominant view, creating a pleasant living environment. Depending on the weather, guests may also have access to an indoor swimming pool. The garden is beautifully landscaped with trees and flowers. Pets are allowed, as long as they stay outside the house.

There are shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby. In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy various activities including skiing resorts, Lake Serre-Ponçon, outdoor activities, biking, hiking, and exploring the cliff of Céuze.
