Welcome to our beautiful Landaise house in the heart of the Médoc region, nestled between the ocean, large vineyards, and the estuary. The house is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the stunning beaches of Montalivet, 5 minutes from Lesparre-Medoc with its shops, and surrounded by the renowned Médoc vineyards.

The house is situated on a 2300 m2 private wooded grounds, offering a peaceful and tranquil setting. It features a covered outdoor barbecue area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Just a 3-minute drive away is the charming village of Vendays.

Recently renovated with passion and attention to detail in winter 2016, our house boasts a high standard of quality. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and tastefully decorated living room with access to the barbecue area, a large bedroom, a separate toilet, and a shared bathroom. There is also a master bedroom with an ensuite shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with two beds and its own shower and toilet.

This holiday home is perfect for those who love cooking, as the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Linen, towels, and bed linen are included in the rental. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

The rental is available all year round, including the end of year holidays. The maximum occupancy is 8 persons, and pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 1000 euros will be required, which will be returned at the end of your stay upon inspection.

We kindly request that guests refrain from smoking inside the house and treat the furniture and decor with respect. Cleaning is included in the rental, but guests are expected to wash the dishes and clean the appliances before departure.
