"Smart Living" offers a completely independent apartment with a private entrance from the charming courtyard garden. This characterful 15th century stone house maintains its original features, including stone flag floors and authentic "French-style" ceilings. The kitchen and dining area are equipped with an induction cooker, top fridge, microwave oven, and all necessary crockery and kitchen utensils. The spacious 20m2 bedroom provides a comfortable double bed, a single bed, and ample storage space. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Houselinen is provided for your convenience.

Directions

The destination is located 15 kilometers to the west of Nîmes. To reach it, exit the A9 at Gallargues and proceed on the N113 heading towards Nîmes. After crossing the Bas Rhône canal, take the D1 road towards Calvisson. Upon reaching the village, follow the signage to the house, which is located two doors down from the town hall (mairie). There is a large, secure, and free parking area on the main square of Calvisson, situated behind the small supermarket Casino. This parking area is only a five-minute walk from the house.
