Description for B&B:

Experience the allure and genuine charm that will captivate you. Situated just 600 meters from the beach, the guest rooms at Resnel Fountain offer the perfect blend of independence, brightness, and comfort. Each of the four rooms features a spacious double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the rooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, while another room offers a versatile bedding arrangement with a king-size bed (180x200) that can be separated into two twin beds (90x200).

Surrounding the property is a sprawling one-hectare park, complete with outdoor dining areas featuring barbecue facilities, a wooden terrace with a table and garden furniture, and a dedicated parking space. As an added convenience, a charming chalet housing a fully-equipped kitchen (including a sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer) is at your disposal.

Just 600 meters away, you will find the magnificent sandy beach of Anse du Croc, adorned with picturesque dunes and offering breathtaking views of Cape Fréhel, its lighthouse, and the Vauban tower. Ideally positioned between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, the nearby coastal trail reveals awe-inspiring landscapes. From your room, a short 10-minute walk will lead you to the sea and the GR34 hiking trail.

Our house is also conveniently located at the start of cycle route and greenway No. 4 in Brittany. Nestled within a remarkable natural setting, our recently renovated country house, constructed with pink sandstone, boasts stunning views of a lush, one-hectare wooded valley teeming with natural springs. It is the perfect destination for a tranquil and rejuvenating stay amidst verdant greenery, beckoning relaxation, exploration, and rejuvenation.

There are countless attractions to discover in the vicinity, including the charming town of Erquy (11 km away), renowned for its scallop fishing and sea connections to the enchanting island of Bréhat. The art and history cities of Saint-Malo (a departure point for trips to Jersey or Guernsey) and Dinan, both located 40 km away, offer rich cultural experiences. Additionally, the iconic Mont-Saint-Michel is a mere 80 km from our doorstep.

Within a three-kilometer radius, the local tourist office offers a plethora of activities to suit your desires, be it relaxation, sports, or cultural experiences. Choose from an array of options, including hiking along the GR34 and various trails, cycling tours, golfing at the nearby seaside resort of Golden Sands, indulging in spa treatments, savoring delectable cuisine at numerous restaurants, or engaging in a variety of sea activities such as fishing, sailing, kayaking, surfing, and boating.
