This cozy mobile home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a lovely terrace. The mobile home is either brand new or up to 7 years old.Inside, you'll find a bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas hob, and gas oven. The sleeping arrangements include one comfortable double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (80 cm).
Outside, there is a charming wooden terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also provided for your convenience.
This mobile home is perfect for a family of four, providing all the traditional comforts and creating an ideal vacation space.

Directions
While in CAEN, head towards the south peripheral. Take the n°8 exit towards BESSIN - Bayeux, Carpiquet, and Cherbourg. Follow the signs for Caumont L'Eventé, Carpiquet, and Balleroy. Once in Carpiquet, turn right at the second traffic light, following the Tilly/Seulles - Balleroy direction. Continue on the D9 towards Fontenay Le Pesnel, then onto the D13 towards Tilly/Seulles/Balleroy/Saint Lô. Keep going until you reach Saint Paul du Vernay. At Saint Paul du Vernay, take a left onto the D99 towards CAHAGNOLLES. Drive for approximately 2.5 km, then turn left at the martyrdom. After the church, the camping site will be on your right.
