The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a toaster and coffee maker. Cooking utensils are also provided.

The comfortable living room features a sofa bed, a sofa, TV, DVD player, VCR, fans, and electric heating.

The bedrooms consist of one room with a double bed and another room with two single beds. Ample storage space is available in each room. (Bed sheets can be rented upon request for 6 euros per bed).

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. A vanity unit and storage column are also available. Electric heating is provided. (Towels can be rented upon request for 4 euros per person).

Additionally, a crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
