Moving up to the first floor, a spacious living room seamlessly connects to the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessary amenities. The first floor also features a comfortable bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 * 200 cm, which can be easily combined if desired. Additionally, there is a cozy smaller room furnished with two single beds measuring 90 * 190 cm. A modern bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and toilet completes this floor. Outside, on the ground floor, a lovely terrace awaits you, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue for delightful outdoor meals. Directions
Starting from Caen, take the Falaise Road and take the Grainville Langannerie-Ussy exit. Proceed straight for 3 km, passing through Grainville Langannerie, then make a right turn towards Ussy. Continue uphill in Ussy and take the first right. Drive for 600 m, and you will find the cottage on your right.
If you are coming from Falaise, navigate the roundabout near Leclerc supermarket and follow the signs directing you to Ussy. Pass through Villers Canivet and continue until you reach Ussy. Once in Ussy, continue straight towards the school. After passing the school, make a right turn, and at the end of the street, you will find the cottage.
