The Annexe offers a well-equipped and private space with its own separate entrance. We only accommodate one booking at a time, making it perfect for solo travelers, friends, or families. You have the option of one or two bedrooms, depending on your needs.

Our accommodation is ideal for short-term stays, overnight visits, or those attending house hunting, professional business, family events, or simply passing through. We are also conveniently located near Domaine des étangs and Chateau Rocher, making us a great choice for guests attending events at these venues.

During your stay, we provide all the necessary amenities and space:

- A separate lounge and bathroom from the main property
- A separate entrance with a key
- High-quality bed linens, towels, and soft furnishings
- Mini-fridge and drink making facilities
- Wi-Fi and HD UK TV
- Central heating
- Branded toiletries
- Flexible check-in and check-out times
- Secure off-road parking

For guests choosing the optional bed and breakfast option, please note that there are no kitchen facilities available. However, we provide ample tea and coffee making facilities, provisions, and a small fridge. Secure parking is also available.

Our sleeping accommodation offers three options: a king-size room for up to 2 guests, a twin room for up to 2 guests, or the option to book both rooms for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Both bedrooms are clean, well-presented, and offer comfortable beds with charming features and views of the surrounding countryside. There is plenty of clothes storage and hanging space in both bedrooms, as well as in the hall. Fans are provided for summer comfort, and adequate heating ensures warmth during winter months.

Please note that there is no dedicated garden or outside space for guests of The Annexe.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with fresh bed linen, towels, and toiletries. We can accommodate one child under 3 years old at no extra charge and can provide a cot and highchair upon request. Our rates include electricity, linen, towels, heating, after-stay cleaning, and local tourist taxes, with no additional charges.

Chadalais is a charming village and a great place for a short evening walk or to explore the beautiful Limousin countryside. We are a short drive away from several towns and villages that offer a variety of dining options throughout the year, as well as shops, bars, and cafes. We provide dining recommendations in our guest information.
