This spacious house measures 170 m² and offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for your stay. Upstairs, you will find three rooms, as well as a cozy reading corner. There is a shared bathroom with a toilet on this floor. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, as well as an additional bathroom and separate toilet. For entertainment, the house also features a jacuzzi, sports area, and billiard room.

Situated 15 km from Blaye and 45 km from Bordeaux, this house is perfect for up to 8 people. It provides a peaceful countryside setting with a pool and a barbeque area where you can enjoy your holiday. The property also boasts a 3000 m² park with a pond for you to explore and relax in.

Inside the house, you will find a well-equipped kitchen where you can unleash your culinary creativity. In the living area, there is a large, comfortable sofa for you to sink into and enjoy a wide selection of movies. Sheets and towels are included in the price, and guests have the option to clean the house themselves or pay an additional fee for cleaning services. Upon arrival, a tourist tax of 0.9 euros per person per night will be collected.
