We offer four double rooms, each with a terrace offering stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. The rooms are equipped with satellite TV for your entertainment. In the shower rooms, we provide a hair dryer and towels for your convenience. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable linens. Each room has its own separate entrance for privacy. For long stays of more than seven nights, a cleaning service is provided midway through your stay. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights, and during the summer season, the minimum stay is five nights. Additionally, we offer a discount for bookings of seven nights or more.

Directions

To reach Les Mimosas, you have two convenient options. If you're traveling by car, you can easily access it via the A8 motorway. Alternatively, if you're arriving at Nice Airport, there is a shuttle available (40km).

If you choose to take the A8 motorway route, simply take exit 59 for MENTON. After passing the "Fin of motorway" sign, make a right turn (360°) and follow the signs directing you towards Annonciade. Keep an eye out for our sign indicating "Chambes dhotes 2,3km," and you'll reach Les Mimosas shortly.
