The ground floor boasts a generous open-plan layout, featuring a dining area and a lounge equipped with comfortable sofas, a TV, DVD player, CD player, radio, high-speed internet, and a selection of games and books for children. The area also includes a large dining table and an American-style kitchen, complete with an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges, freezer, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine and kettle, toaster, electric mixer, and a range of crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Additionally, there is an enclosed terrace and garden to enjoy. Located amidst the picturesque countryside, the gite is situated 2 kms from St Mathieu and only 5 kms from the St Mathieu lake.
