This fully equipped studio is located in the secure and tranquil private residence of "Village Viva" in Bas-du-Fort. The studio is air conditioned and offers a charming setting for a dream holiday. The residence features a large 10m pool for guests to enjoy. Conveniently located, the studio is close to beaches, the "CORA" shopping center with over 33 shops, restaurants, a bar, dancing, and golf sports. Situated across from the Marina Pointe-à-Pitre, separated by the inlet, the studio is on the 1st floor at the entrance and offers beautiful views of the pool and sea. In the evenings, guests can enjoy the colorful light display and indulge in delicious fish broth at various restaurants, including our very own "La Route du Rhum" restaurant. Bas-du-Fort, also known as BDF, is located near Pointe-à-Pitre and gets its name from the Fort Fleur d'Épée, which overlooks the area. BDF is a popular tourist center, with hotels stretching to the tip of the peninsula where Village Viva is located. The area is lively and vibrant, with roadside restaurants, bars, and clubs.
