Description of L'Ancienne Bergerie Bed & Breakfast:L'Ancienne Bergerie is a former "sheep barn" which has been lovingly renovated, keeping its charm by using natural, organic and locally sourced materials; thus providing comfortable accommodation in an idyllic location. Our 4 en-suite bedrooms are spacious, with three rooms offering king sized beds and the third with a double and a single bed. Window armchairs overlook the valley where our guests may enjoy the use of their tea and coffee facilities. Bath and hand towels are provided in each bathroom.
Our guests can relax and dine on the terrace which overlooks the valley, woodlands and Romanesque church at Terrefete, or move indoors to the living area and relax in the lounge. We offer a 4 course "Table d'hôte" evening meal to our guests, using home grown produce from our vegetable garden, wild food gathered from a plentiful harvest and local artisan produce, accompanied with our own home reared pork and lamb.
We are ideally situated for those who enjoy the outdoors, be it gentle walks through the valley and villages, or the higher routes of the GR10. Cycling is also a popular activity, following part of the route of the Tour de France or VTT through the forest of the Bellongue valley. Or simply relax in the grounds of L'Ancienne Bergerie.
We have free WIFI, cards, board games, books and local magazines for our guests to enjoy during their stay.

Un immense bravo à ce jeune couple dynamique et si accueillant, quelle belle réussite !!! une bergerie rénovée et délicieusement décorée, un cadre magnifique en pleine montagne, au milieu des fleurs et des animaux, une cuisine raffinée avec que des produits du terroir, l'accueil est plus que sympa, on n'a pas envie d'en repartir !...
Directions to L'Ancienne BergerieFrom Toulouse take the A64 direction Tarbes. Exit at junction 20, follow the D117 direction Saint Girons. At Saint Girons take the D618 direction Audressein, Saint Lary. Continuing for 10kms passing through the village of Orgibet, at the exit of the village take the right turn of the D304 signed Galey, follow for 1km then take the left turning sign posted "Chambre d'hôte".
