Description for B&B:

The Clos underwent an extensive and tasteful renovation in winter 2021, while maintaining its unique charm and original features such as high ceilings, glass panelled doors, carved marble fireplaces, antique parquet floors, period cast iron radiators, and a magnificent spiral staircase.

The ground floor houses two delightful suites, while the first floor offers a spacious lounge, a French billiard table, a library, and a beautiful breakfast room with a large terrace that overlooks the garden and pool. On the second floor, there are two additional suites.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10am in the breakfast room or, weather permitting, on the terrace. Guests will enjoy a wide selection of locally sourced fresh breads and pastries, cheeses, gluten-free cereals, honey, fresh fruit juice, homemade jams, and fresh fruits.

Our four chic and elegant spacious suites, ranging from 45 to 50 square meters, are furnished in a refined French style. Each suite has its own unique atmosphere and offers all the amenities a guest could desire, including a separate sitting room, King or Queen beds, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity unit, a separate toilet, free WIFI connection, and a flat-screen satellite TV.

Nestled in a lush garden in the heart of Bergerac's town center, a city of art and history in the renowned Dordogne region, the Clos d'Argenson exudes the charm of a privately-owned home. Its prime location allows for easy access to Bordeaux, St Emilion, as well as the gastronomic landmarks of Sarlat and Perigueux, making it an ideal destination for sightseeing, leisure, and relaxation.
