This beautifully renovated 19th-century mansion, known as The Residence, has preserved the nostalgic charm of old houses. Three spacious and luxurious rooms, named Sabatier, Side Garden, and Troubadour, are available on both the ground floor and the upper level. Each room features a comfortable 160-sized bed, a private bathroom with WC, a color TV, internet access, and air conditioning. Additionally, The Residence offers five large apartments with one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, WC, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with air conditioning, TV, and wifi access. All apartments are conveniently situated on the ground floor with views of the garden and swimming pool. The apartments range in size from 45 to 180 square meters, accommodating 2 to 10 people. For Bed and Breakfast guests, your delicious breakfast will be served by the owner in the cozy living room or, weather permitting, in the garden. Guests can also enjoy the amenities of the property, including a TV lounge, library, enclosed landscaped garden, swimming pool, and secure parking.

To reach Carcassonne, follow these travel directions: Take exit 24 on Highway 61 and head towards the city. Look for the signs directing you to Carcassonne. Once you reach Avenue du General Leclerc, descend down the road. The House will be on your left, right before you reach Pont Neuf.
