The "Moulin de Félix" gîte is located in a picturesque Provençal "mas" (farm) near the village of Robion, offering stunning views of the Luberon mountain. Situated on a peaceful and verdant 1.5-hectare property, this gîte provides a tranquil retreat.

The gîte is housed in a wing of the main house, covering an area of 88m². On the ground floor, there is a comfortable living room with a double bed settee, a TV, and a DVD player. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven, microwave oven, and ample storage space. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom measuring approximately 12m², complete with a bathtub, wash basin, bidet, toilet, storage cabinets, and a washing machine.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom, approximately 12m² in size, features a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom, measuring around 24m², offers a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet, and the possibility to accommodate an extra person. Both bedrooms have access to a charming veranda, spanning approximately 15m², which has been furnished as a cozy reading room. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Luberon through the bay window.

Outside, guests can relax on the 24m² terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. Additionally, there is a splendid 11x5.5m swimming pool facing south, ideal for refreshing dips and leisurely sunbathing.

Directions

Directions to the "Moulin de Félix":
1. Set your GPS coordinates to Lat 43°51’51’’ N – Long 05°06’39’’ E.
2. Take the exit number 25 at CAVAILLON on the A7 motorway.
3. Drive through CAVAILLON and pass under the railway bridge.
4. Follow the signs for "AVIGNONCARPENTRAS" and then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH" on the D15 road.
5. At the traffic lights, continue straight on the D15 road for approximately 3 km until you reach the Plan de Robion and a roundabout with tall cypresses. Continue straight ahead.
6. After around 800m, you will see a crossroad on the left leading to the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes). Keep going straight.
7. Continue driving past two old farmhouses on the right side of the road.
8. The Moulin de Félix is located 100m after the second farmhouse on the right, just before a bridge over a canal.
9. Look for big iron gates, olive trees below the road, and a cypress-lined lane leading to the house.
