Description for B&B:
COVID-19: Your well-being and comfort are our top priorities, and we take cleanliness seriously. We carefully clean and disinfect all surfaces and linens between each rental. Our lodging, "Le Sablon," is classified as a 3-star establishment by "Gîtes de France" and is open all year round. It can accommodate 2 people (+1 baby) and offers the charm of old-world features such as exposed beams, stone walls, real wooden parquet flooring, and a unique layout. However, it also provides the comfort of recent renovations, including new furniture and high-quality amenities completed in early 2019.
To ensure a smooth start to your stay, we provide basic ingredients like soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and sponges. Additionally, the beds will be made for you upon arrival.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, and raclette machine. You will find a wide range of kitchen utensils at your disposal.
The living room features a television and is also equipped with board games and wooden games for children.
The shower room includes a double vanity unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.
We provide an iron and ironing board, as well as fans for your convenience.
The cozy bedroom offers new "Queen size" bedding with mattress toppers for added comfort. The entire bedding is anti-dust mite, and we provide high-quality linen from "Tradition des Vosges."
Free WiFi is available throughout the lodging.
We offer towel rentals (including towels and bathrobes) for 5/person. Additionally, a baby kit rental (including an umbrella bed with a sheet, changing mat, bath, and high chair) is available for 5/stay.
The property provides various amenities, including a courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a parasol. There is also a covered terrace with a gas plancha, which is exclusively for the use of guests staying at the lodging.
During winter, a covered sports area is available, equipped with a bike, elliptical, weights, and more. In summer, guests can borrow "small equipment" for outdoor activities from the reception, and there are numerous walking paths to explore near the lodging.
We also offer an indoor relaxation area with a spa for those who enjoy balneotherapy, aromatherapy, and light therapy. The spa can be booked during the day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for 20/session (including a private area and bath towels) or in the evening from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for 50/session (including a private area with a bottle of champagne cuvée "Grande Réserve" or "Blanc de Blancs", candles, and bath towels). Each session lasts 1 hour.
To enhance your relaxation and well-being experience, we have partnered with a qualified and experienced physiotherapist masseuse who can provide personalized treatments, such as massages, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology, in the gîte. Please refer to our prices for more information.
In collaboration with a local Champagne house, we offer a "Discovery of Champagne" circuit, which includes a visit to a vineyard plot, a wine cooperative, and a tasting of 3 vintages in a reception cellar. The duration of the circuit is 2.5 hours, and the cost is 25/person. You can also find different Champagne Chalmet cuvées available in the fridge at the gîte (prices can be consulted on-site).
Lastly, it is worth noting that although the gîte adjoins the owner's house, it is completely independent and autonomous.
