This tranquil 4-star classified house spans 70m2 across 2 levels and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It is located just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. The house is situated 3km from Royan, offering easy access to the casino and thalasso.On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room and dining area with a fireplace, color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The fully equipped American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and microwave. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a separate toilet with a sink, a bathroom with a sink and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there is a charming mezzanine, which serves as a relaxation area with a sofa, organ, reading materials, and a baby chair. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other a half-mansard roof with a 140cm bed. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom upstairs.
