Description for B&B:

Levant, which sleeps 4, is a lovely spacious gite with beams and exposed stonework.

Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen area with large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and washing machine. A large oak table can seat eight people for indoor dining and there are comfy sofas in the living area. A wood-burning insert fire makes this a cosy gite during the winter, with the heat recirculated into the upstairs double bedroom. A variety of family games is provided, along with satellite TV (including BBC channels) and dvd.

French doors lead to the terrace where you can eat your meals in the shade of grape vines (and even pick your own in late summer!) The brick barbecue is adjacent to the terrace.

Stone stairs lead from the living room upstairs. A double bedroom overlooks the field behind the property while the twin bedroom looks towards our gardens. The attractive shower room/wc looks out over the terrace, with the perfume of honeysuckle in early summer.

Couchant is a spacious upside-down gite with two of the bedrooms on the lower floor. This means that during our hot summers, these bedrooms stay beautifully cool.

The first impression when walking through the downstairs double doors into Couchant is that of space. The hallway looks up to the gallery landing and on to the magnificent beams leading to the roof space.

Straight ahead are a double and a twin bedroom and to the left a bath/shower/wc, and a second shower/wc. Up a separate staircase is the 'hideaway' bedroom which is always much in demand by the children. Although still within earshot (!) they feel they have a den of their own!

Upstairs is the spacious living area with comfy sofas, an insert wood burning fire for the cooler autumn evenings. There is a variety of family games provided and a satellite tv (including BBC channels) and dvd. For dining indoors there is a large oak dining table which seats eight people.

The well-equipped kitchen area has a cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine.

From the living area, two steps lead down to the french doors and the terrace with table and chairs and barbecue. The terrace is well shaded by walnut and mulberry trees with figs trees alongside. Imagine fresh figs for breakfast picked from the trees in late summer! The terrace opens out onto the front garden of the property, but is well sheltered by bushes to retain its privacy. This is an ideal spot for watching the sun go down whilst sipping a glass of wine and waiting for the barbecue to be ready!

Grand Soleil is adjacent to the pool and is ideal family accommodation for those wishing to watch the children whilst relaxing around their own gite.

Downstairs comprises a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, washing machine and large fridge/freezer, a shower/wc and a living/dining room with ample seating for everybody for both relaxing and dining. A variety of family games is provided, along with satellite TV (including BBC channels) and a DVD player.

The living rooms leads onto the terrace with outdoor eating area and barbecue. For those with younger children, the living room access direct to the pool is via a stable door so the bottom half can be closed whilst still allowing fresh air. There is a second entrance via the kitchen. Tiled floors throughout keep the rooms cool.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. The double room has french windows (protected) and views towards fields and an 11th Century church. The double and triple rooms both look over the pool. There is a bathroom with bath/shower and wc.
