- The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, as well as kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery.
- On the first floor, there is an independent bedroom measuring 11m², featuring a double bed of 140 × 190, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rack. Another independent bedroom measuring 15m² includes a double bed of 140 × 190, bedside tables, a storage cupboard, and a wardrobe.
- The shower room is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a hairdryer.
- On the second floor, you will find a spacious independent bedroom measuring 35m², with two single beds of 90 × 190, bedside tables, storage space, and a clothes rack. Additionally, there is a small living room area with a table and a sofa. A cot can be added if needed.
