No8 Chambres d'Hôte offers four bedrooms, accommodating a maximum of nine guests. The main house features two double bedrooms, each with their own private and modern en suite bathrooms.The first bedroom can accommodate 2 or 3 persons and has a double bed with an adjoining door to a single bedroom with a single bed. The en suite bathroom is included in the price, which is 80 per night for 1 or 2 persons and 90 for 3 persons, breakfast inclusive.
The second bedroom in the main house has a double bed and a large modern en suite bathroom. The price is 80 per night for 1 or 2 persons, breakfast inclusive.
The annex to the main house consists of two double bedrooms. The third bedroom has a double bed and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price is 70 per night for 1 or 2 persons, breakfast inclusive.
The fourth bedroom in the annex has two single beds and a modern compact en suite with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The price is 70 per night for 1 or 2 persons, breakfast inclusive. Please note that the bedrooms in the annex are only available from March to November.
All bedroom prices include breakfast and a Tax de Séjour of 0.75 per person, per night.

Located just a 15-minute easy drive from the center of Reims and 25 minutes from Epernay, No8 Chambres d'Hôte is ideally situated for touring the Champagne villages and caves, as well as walking or bike rides in the natural park of Montagne de Reims. You can also visit the Center of Geological in the village of Mailly Champagne.
There are various activities and places of interest to explore nearby, including Reims Cathedral, Palais du Tau, Panétarium, Musée Automobile, La Fort de la Pompelle, Faux de Verzy, Musée Les de la Vigne-Phare de Verzeny, Moulin de Verzeny, and Pac Nature de Sept Saulx. Additionally, you can enjoy hot air balloon flights across the champagne vineyards, fishing, canoe-kayak, boat and bike hire, and visit Epernay, Chalon En Champagne, Troy, and Lac de Der.
The new Gare/Station TGV is just a 10-minute easy drive away, making it convenient for day trips to Paris (45 minutes by TGV) and a 50-minute drive to Euro Disney Park.

Perfect, to recommend
Very nice place! Friendly host giving great advice. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The rooms are spatious, comfortable and very clean.
Great stay
Stayed 3 nights at Andy's place. Extremely clean room with large bathroom. Parking was convenient. Filing breakfast with great coffee. Andy was very helpful with ideas for places to see in the Champagne region

Directions
To reach your destination from Reims, follow the A4 / E17 / E46 / E50 towards Metz / Nancy / Châlon-en-Champagne. Take EXIT 26, which is signposted as CORMONTREUIL. At the first roundabout, take the second exit and continue towards ZONE D'ACTIVITÉS / CENTRE COMMERCIAL. Keep going straight and at the second roundabout (with Cora on your left), take the third exit. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto D9, signposted Louvois & Ludes (with Top Office on your right).
Stay on D9 Louvois/Ludes for 7.6km until you reach a crossroads on a slight incline. Turn left onto D26 Mailly Champagne, Route de Touristique de la Champagne. Stay on this road as you enter the village. Once in the village, you will be on Rue de la Libération. No: 8 is located 500 yards past Mailly Champagne House on the same side of the road.
Stay on D9 Louvois/Ludes for 7.6km until you reach a crossroads on a slight incline. Turn left onto D26 Mailly Champagne, Route de Touristique de la Champagne. Stay on this road as you enter the village. Once in the village, you will be on Rue de la Libération. No: 8 is located 500 yards past Mailly Champagne House on the same side of the road.
