Situated in the heart of Moulin de Poil gites, the Grenier de Joséphine offers a fully independent guest room with convenient direct access via an external staircase. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200), which can be transformed into three single beds (90x200) if needed. The room also includes a well-appointed shower room with a separate toilet. Guests can enjoy entertainment options such as a TV and complimentary internet access/wifi in the room.

Moreover, guests have access to a heated swimming pool, which is shared with the three other gîtes and available from May to September. For additional recreation, there is a games room equipped with a ping-pong table, billiards, and table football. Additionally, a shared laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is provided for the convenience of guests staying in any of the three lodgings.
