Welcome to our villa in La Colle-sur-Loup, located just 3 kilometers from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and only 17 kilometers from Nice and the airport. We are delighted to offer our guests three beautiful rooms on the garden floor. Each room comes with its own terrace, air conditioning, private bath or shower room with toilet, television with DVD player, Wi-Fi, and small refrigerator. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool and sun beds, as well as our jeu-de-boules field on the premises. The property boasts stunning views of the valley and the village of La Colle-sur-Loup. Despite being only a few minutes away from the village, our villa is peacefully situated.

In the mornings, we serve a French breakfast in our charming dining room or, weather permitting, on one of our terraces. We provide parking within our closed garden. Please note that our rooms are not suitable for children under the age of 16, and pets are not allowed.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, with a minimum of 3 nights in July and August. Check-in is between 2:00 and 9:00 p.m., and check-out is between 8:00 and 10:30 a.m.
