Renovated farm building cottage situated in a peaceful and green environment, offering complete independence on the ground floor. This spacious rental spans 60 m² and includes a cozy living room-kitchen area, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a toilet, a bathroom, a terrace, and a large garden spanning 1500 m².

The cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a TV, DVD player, free wifi, radio CD and USB player. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, and a kettle. For added convenience, there is also a washing machine, dryer, and electric heating available.

Outside, guests can enjoy the garden furniture, swing, and convenient private parking.

Located in the charming town of Benodet, classified as the largest resort in Finistère and awarded 5 stars, this destination is famous for its stunning beach, scenic coastline, the beautiful river Odet, and its proximity to the Glénan Islands.

From Benodet, it is easy to explore all of Cornwall, including the towns of Fouesnant, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Quimper, Locronan, Pont L'Abbé, Guilvinec, and La Pointe du Raz.

During the summer months, the area around our cottage comes alive with numerous free and high-quality events and activities, including the traditional Fest Noz.

Directions

Take the RN165 and exit at Coat Conq. Proceed towards Benodet. Pass through Fouesnant and continue until you reach the exit of the town. Once you pass the gendarmerie, keep going towards Benodet for approximately 4.2 km. Look for the sign "Antiquités Brocante" and make a right turn onto Kermine road. The cottage will be located about 1.2 km ahead on the left side.
