Detailed Description:The kitchen has been fully renovated in February 2019 and is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, hood, and a fridge with a freezer. It also features a French window that connects to the terrace.
The living room and dining area are furnished with a comfortable sofa and a convertible sofa bed, a TV, a TV cabinet, and a small table for decoration.
Additionally, on the ground floor, there is an office, a bedroom, a toilet, and a terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and one bathroom.

To reach Rouffach from Colmar, take the RN 83 and make your first turn into the town. Look for the Restaurant located at 1 bis rue Charles Marie Widor, and it will be right in front of you.
